My name is Ashley, I'm 20 years old, and I live in VA Beach, Va. I am a Junior at Old Dominion University where I am going to school to become a teacher. I'm hoping to submit a book in the next year, targeting Blaze. I'll probably write here a lot about my "trying" to get over my ex-boyfriend of 3 1/2 years. Hopefully sooner or later the topic will change from him to something more - productive.

Everything seems so familiar. Everyone is so predictable. I awake to mornings of deja vu. The actions of others extract the identical reactions I felt yesterday. One night reflects as another. Every day feels so much like the other. I question if I fabricate the nights of peaceful sleep to deny the painful reality of today by pretending there is a tomorrow. Nothing ever changes, and I am lost in the undeniable truth of my life. Nothing ever changes. No one ever changes. The same drones, the same heartache and regrets. I never change. I make it reality. I purge the day into nothingness, and it begins all over again. I never change, I only start over, repeat, relive what I felt, did, said yesterday and the day before that. These are the cycles I live by.
